Capital Land has the capability to provide a full service offering to our clients through six integrated specialist teams.

Asset Management & Financial Administration

The asset management team handles all the asset management and investment advisory functions which includes all financial administration and reporting, loan facility management, interest payments and swaps, audit process coordination, property valuations, debt and equity capital raising, investment analysis and financial due diligence, and advisory services for potential acquisitions or disposals.

Operations

The operations team is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of property portfolios including comprehensive property audits, management of all repairs and maintenance, regulatory compliance and implementation of all operational protocols.

Leasing Sales & Lease Administration

The leasing team handles all tenant relationships and is responsible for letting all vacant space in the portfolio. The team manages all lease transactions from initial client contact through the lease administration process. This includes the marketing of vacant space, pro-active management of the tenant mix and lease expiry profiles, vetting potential tenants, drafting and finalising all lease documentation.

Project & Utilities Management

The project and utilities management team are responsible for all property developments, redevelopments and upgrade projects for Capital Land and our clients, and the management of all utilities across our portfolio including implementation of solar generation projects.

Legal & Compliance

The legal and compliance team consists of in-house attorneys who are responsible for managing all legal work for Capital Land and our clients. This includes compliance with all applicable and relevant laws, assistance in relation to acquisitions and disposals of immovable property and providing legal support to the asset management and property management teams including dispute management, arrears management and other legal matters.

Marketing & Corporate Social Investment

The marketing and Corporate Social Investment ('CSI') team is responsible for all marketing related activities including building clients’ brands through websites, press releases, events and functions, management of all non-GLA income generated through media, promotions and activations at our shopping centres, and developing, implementing and managing our CSI programmes focused on educational support, community upliftment, sport for youth and community healthcare.
