We are looking for a Technical Operations Manager who will be responsible for MEP system (utilities, plant and equipment) management, monitoring service provider and system performance and making proposals for upgrades and new installations in order to improve performance and consumption for the portfolio of buildings under Capital Land’s management. This role will have comprehensive oversight of all utility management functions, providing expert technical support to counterparts in other departments with a view to optimising utility consumption and recoveries.
