Unjani Clinic is a network of primary healthcare clinics, owned and operated by black women, which provide accessible, affordable and quality healthcare to communities in low income areas. These clinics provide employment for up to three nurses from each local community.

Since 2015, nine Unjani Clinics have been established across the Community Property Fund portfolio, and to date have received a total of 119 782 patient visits. A new clinic opened at The Crossing Shopping Centre in Mahikeng, North West on Monday 29th June 2020, and a tenth clinic is set open at Alexandra Plaza in Alexandra, Gauteng towards the end of August 2020.

At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the clinics implemented a screening process and referred patients to appropriate treatment centres for further testing if necessary. This has resulted in an increased number of patients visits at the clinics since March 2020.
